For the first time in 40 years, the swearing-in of an American president won’t take place on the Capitol steps.

He is not the only president to move his inauguration indoors because of frigid conditions. It is expected to be the coldest Inauguration Day since 1985, when Ronald Reagan was sworn in for a second term in 7 degree weather.

Many Trump supporters have yet to figure out back-up plans for Inauguration Day.
