Ahead of her guest appearance on ABC's 'Shifting Gears,' Nancy Travis opens up to PEOPLE about the most difficult part of working with her 'Last Man Standing' costar Tim Allen.

Tim Allen is back on TV with Shifting Gears, and now he's being joined by a familiar face. Nancy Travis, who starred alongside Tim as Vanessa Baxter on Last Man Standing, will act alongside her former onscreen husband in a new guest role in the February 12 episode.
