Portland Trail Blazers guard Shaedon Sharpe followed a missed shot attempt from Jerami Grant by leaping into the air, grabbing the ball with one hand and dunking it home Wednesday night against the Minnesota Timberwolves. The follow-dunk gave the Blazers a 91-83 lead with 5:24 remaining in the game.

Shaedon Sharpe scored 33 points, Donovan Clingan narrowly missed a triple-double with 17 points, 13 rebounds and eight blocks on Wednesday, and the Portland Trail Blazers beat the Minnesota Timberwolves for the second straight night 106-98.
