As snow and bitter cold grip Tulsa, the Tulsa Dream Center is providing emergency shelter for those without a warm place to go.

Numerous students will not be in classrooms on Tuesday as school districts across Oklahoma either closed or have moved to virtual learning due to the arctic blast.
