Officials say they will begin the second clean-up phase of homes in the burn areas of Pacific Palisades and Altadena. That phase was made ready by early crews that cleared hazardous household

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on Tuesday began clearing debris from burned properties in Los Angeles County. The cleanup marks the start of a yearslong rebuilding process for thousands of Californians who lost homes and businesses in the Eaton and Palisades fires.

The 9,932-square-foot property located on Avenida de la Herradura was listed for $999,000 on Jan. 16, nine days after the Palisades Fire broke out.
