Public voting will close on December 15, 2024 at 11:59pm ET, so get your votes in now! Our top three brands will be invited to the 2025 Gala at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles, where our $200,000, $35,000, and $15,000 grants will be announced live.

Why 15 percent? Over 13% of people living in the United States identify as Black and another estimated 2% identify as mixed race, totaling 15%. At The Fifteen Percent Pledge, we feel that 15% is the least that these major retailers can do to help close the financial gap in this country.
